Concrete resurfacing / spray on concrete is the process of restoration, beautification, or preservation of an existing concrete surface. It’s safe and affordable and can completely transform any dull, old, new, or worn concrete surface into a decorative, ultra-durable finish with a long-life expectancy. Whether it’s old or new plain concrete, the procedure is the same. The concrete surface requires many steps of preparation before any material is applied.

The spray on concrete compound is designed for application to raw concrete surfaces containing no previously applied barriers or coatings. Therefore, before the concrete spraying, all existing layers of sealer, coloured sealer, paint and coatings are ground off dust-free using advanced, state of the art machinery. Concrete grinding creates a bare and rough texture to ensure the concrete spraying adheres directly to a raw concrete surface. Skipping this step can result in delamination of the new coating.
